Cardboard Cars

The brief for this commercial was to re-launch Sasol’s Turbo Fuels Plus range into market. The agency was tasked with demonstrating how the fuel is designed to stand up under local conditions and show that Sasol use local research and development facilities when creating their products. Thus we find a group of typical South African kids making cars out of scrap materials and racing them through a town. The lead characters are a runner and his partner, a little scientist, who share a secret that lets them win every race.
